Festival revisits Greek culinary classics aiming to bring tradition into the
future, using traditional, high-quality ingredients from the Greek countryside.
This time round, the festival focuses on New Greek Cuisine, looking to offering creative interpretations of traditional Greek dishes that have evolved through generations.
Ten Michelin-starred chefs from Greece and around the world will battle to create the most innovative interpretations of key Greek staples. The event will be hosted at the luxurious Sani Resort from May 10 to 19.
